1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the services offered by FK Travels (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making an enquiry or booking through us, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
FK Travels acts as an independent travel agent arranging travel services (flights, hotels, packages, transfers, experiences, Umrah packages) through trusted suppliers.
We do not own or operate airlines, hotels, or other travel services. Your booking is made with the supplier(s) and their terms also apply.
3. ABTA & ATOL Protection
Where applicable, bookings will be protected by ABTA and/or ATOL. We will confirm this before you pay.
Not all services are ATOL or ABTA protected (e.g. certain accommodation-only bookings).
4. Prices & Deposits
Prices are subject to availability and may change until confirmed.
Deposit amounts vary by supplier and can be up to 50% of the total cost. We will confirm deposit and balance deadlines before you commit.
5. Payments
Payments are made directly to the supplier via our booking process.
FK Travels is paid via commission from suppliers; no extra fees are charged to you.
6. Cancellations & Amendments
Cancellation and amendment terms are set by the supplier.
We will inform you of these conditions at the time of booking.
7. Liability
FK Travels is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service failures caused by suppliers.
Our responsibility is to arrange your booking with care, diligence, and in line with your instructions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
